A new chapter. Stronger together. Warsaw Eagles and Dukes Ząbki join forces
Warsaw Eagles and Dukes Ząbki are joining forces to build the future of American football together.
A new chapter in the history of the Warsaw Eagles begins. Bringing the two organisations together is a step towards further growth, a stronger team and the pursuit of more success on the Polish American football stage. Coaching staffs working side by side, combined playing and organisational experience, and a shared ambition are meant to lay solid foundations for the sporting goals ahead.
The project will be developed under the Warsaw Eagles name, which remains the team's main brand. Dukes Ząbki coming on board brings together two communities united by a passion for football, commitment and a constant drive to raise the level of play. Working together will let us make better use of the potential of our players, coaches and organisation, opening up new opportunities for the whole programme.
A key part of this vision is continuing and expanding our youth development. The team competing in the Polish Football League (PFL) is meant to be the natural next step for players who age out of junior football. That way young players can carry on their sporting journey, gain experience in senior competition and gradually prepare for the challenges ahead.
The aim is to create a clear development pathway for every player — from the junior teams, through competition in the PFL, all the way to the chance to fight for a place on the Warsaw Eagles AFLE roster. The best players in the Polish league will be able to earn the chance to represent the Eagles on the European stage. It is an investment in the future, combining the development of young talent with the ambition to build a competitive team at every level of play.
Combining the experience, coaching know-how and potential of both communities is meant to serve not only results on the field, but also a stable structure that will support the development of our players and the whole Warsaw Eagles programme for years to come.
Two communities. One ambition. An even stronger project.
Dukes Ząbki are joining the Warsaw Eagles project, opening a new chapter built on cooperation, growth and a shared pursuit of success.
A NEW CHAPTER. STRONGER TOGETHER.
